MED-ED’s Pass Guarantee is offered for select seminars and eLearning* exam review courses. Your certification exam must be taken within 35 days of the qualifying seminar’s end date or eLearning course purchase date. We suggest contacting the specific testing body immediately after purchase to schedule your test date appropriately.

If you qualify for a tuition refund, please email your MED-ED CE Certificate, Exam Score Report and a note requesting the refund to CustomerCare@mededseminars.net. This information may also be submitted by fax to: 704-333-5020. To be eligible, requests must be postmarked or received by our office within 30 days of receipt of your Exam Score Report. A MED-ED representative will reach out to you within 48 business hours once request has been received.

Note: Credits may not be eligible for some seminars. Be sure to check the "Tuition" page of the seminar you are interested in attending.
