What is your Pass Guarantee? What if I don’t pass the exam?

MED-ED’s Pass Guarantee is offered for select seminars and eLearning* exam review courses. Your certification exam must be taken within 35 days of the qualifying seminar’s end date or eLearning course purchase date. We suggest contacting the specific testing body immediately after purchase to schedule your test date appropriately.

If you qualify for a tuition refund, please email your MED-ED CE Certificate, Exam Score Report and a note requesting the refund to CustomerCare@mededseminars.net. This information may also be submitted by fax to: 704-333-5020. If your hospital paid the tuition by check, please confirm the hospital's mailing address with a contact name and address for mailing the refund. To be eligible, requests must be postmarked or received by our office within 30 days of receipt of your Exam Score Report. A MED-ED representative will reach out to you within 48 business hours once request has been received.

How do I redeem my credits towards a future seminar, eLearning course or bookstore product?

To apply credits towards a purchase, simply complete the registration/order process, and our system will automatically deduct your available credits. This will be displayed on the payment page. Please note that your email address is your unique user ID, so your credits are applied to that email address alone. To update your email address or check which address you have on file, please update your profile or contact us.

Note: Credits may not be eligible for some seminars. Be sure to check the "Tuition" page of the seminar you are interested in attending.

I would like to speak for MED-ED. What is my next step?

Registration includes a program manual, which will be provided when you sign in, refreshment breaks and your CE Certificate upon completion of an evaluation.

  Are there group rates?

Yes, we are pleased to offer group rates. Group members may register separately as long as everyone registers under the same group name for identification purposes. We ask that you do not use your hospital name as your group name because multiple groups from the same hospital may be attending. If you are unsure how many will be in your group, we encourage you to take the largest group rate available as we cannot offer refunds for changes in group size. If your group does not form or is not as large as expected, you will be asked to pay the difference at the sign-in desk. Payments may be made with credit card, cash or money order.

What is a Registration Assistant? Is there a discount?

What if I did not receive my seminar confirmation email?

  Can someone substitute for me?

Yes, but you must provide us with the substitute’s full name, email address, primary phone and home address to complete the substitution process.

Is an email required for registration?

Your email serves as your unique identifier, so your registration and all communications regarding the seminar, including your CE Certificate, are identified and processed by that address. All information is for MED-ED's internal use only and will not be sold or shared to third-party organizations. Please read our company privacy policy.

Once I subscribe, how soon can I start viewing the course?

Please allow 15 minutes for our system to process your registration.

Can I download the presentations or audio files?

No, we cannot allow any downloading because all eLearning content is property of MED-ED and is protected by copyright law. We do allow you to extend your eLearning subscription by an additional year at a 50% discount.

How will I receive my CE Certificates?

We require a passing score of 80% on our Post-Tests, which you will take after viewing each module.
