Our Pass Guarantee

MED-ED is so confident in the quality of our programs and presenters, that we guarantee you’ll pass your certification exam or you will receive a full tuition-refund.

We’ve even done the research to ensure your success: attendees that take the exam 10 to 25 days after completing our review course drastically improve their chances of passing.

We want you to pass! That’s why to qualify for a refund, the exam must be taken within 35 days of the seminar date or eLearning course purchase date.

MED-ED’s Pass Guarantee is offered for select seminars and eLearning* certification exam review courses. To be eligible for the refund, your request must be postmarked or received by our office within 30 days of receipt of your Exam Score Report.

Please Note: Policy updated and in effect for qualified seminars and eLearning courses as of 08/01/2018. Exceptions may apply. See specific events for more information. MED-ED recommends supplemental test preparation.

*Our Pass Guarantee is not offered for Institutional eLearning orders.
