Micheal Moore earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology in 2013 and his bachelor’s degree in nursing in 2015. With over a decade of nursing experience, he has worked across acute care, ICU-level care, nurse management and system-of-care coordination. In 2023, he achieved certification as a Stroke Certified Registered Nurse (SCRN^®).

He has trained a wide range of healthcare professionals, including EMS personnel, nurses, advanced practice practitioners and providers. He co-founded the Advanced Stroke Life Support (ASLS) program at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and serves as a certified ASLS provider and instructor, delivering both prehospital and hospital-level provider certification.

Michael is an active member of the Tennessee Nurse Stroke Alliance and the Middle Tennessee Chapter of the American Association for Men in Nursing, continuing to advance stroke care education and interdisciplinary collaboration throughout the region.
