CREDENTIALS: MSN, RN, CFRN

James has worked in healthcare for the past 20 years. He started his career as a paramedic working for the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey within the fast-paced inner city of Newark, NJ. He then worked as a flight paramedic for Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals and Hahnemann University Hospital, both in center city Philadelphia. James attained board certification with Fight Paramedic Certification (FP-C) and Critical Care Emergency Medical Transport Program (CCEMT-P) while working as a flight paramedic. He went on to a bridge program in nursing (ASN) with Excelsior College in Albany, NY, and worked in the neuro ICU at Overlook Medical Center in Summit, NJ, as an RN while simultaneously completing his BSN summa cum laude and MSN in leadership with graduate honors, both through Regis University in Denver, CO. James worked as a nurse manager functioning as an administrative supervisor at Morristown Medical Center (a 700-bed Level 1 Trauma Center teaching facility) in Morristown, NJ, for the past several years just prior to leaving to accept a flight nurse position with AtlantiCare EMS/MidAtlantic MedEvac, based in Atlantic City, NJ. James is a dynamic speaker who is impassioned about the discipline of personal development and tries to brings that to the forefront within each presentation.
