Vicki started her career 26 years ago, working as a critical care nurse in a tertiary medical ICU.   She's earned both her BSN and MSN while using her extensive nursing experience in various critical care units across the Midwest, as well as in the recovery room, ambulatory surgery and administration.  Vicki has been teaching critical care courses to peers and students since 1997.  Currently, she is employed as Patient Flow Manager as she continues to work per diem as staff nurse in the ICU. Her students enjoy Vicki's open and easy-going style of instruction as well as her use of humor in education.
