Pam has more than 30 years of nursing experience that includes staff nurse, manager, nursing faculty, educator and medical-legal consultant.

Pam has extensive experience in medical-surgical nursing and medical-legal issues and lectures nationally on these topics. She has had the opportunity to work with attorneys on medical-malpractice cases that has allowed her to see first-hand the perils of inadequate documentation. Her passion for education is evident through her energy, presentation style and ability to engage the audience.

Pam has authored articles in professional journals and is the owner of Consultation On-Call, LLC, a consulting firm based in Rock Hill, SC. She maintains certification in medical-surgical nursing and continues clinical practice on a medical surgical telemetry at Carolinas Medical Center - Mercy in Charlotte, NC.
